Active drivers data is retained while working with us.

  • After leaving: We retain your personal data for 6 months to allow for any investigations into missing parcels, invoice issues, or payment disputes.

  • Invoices and payment records: These are retained permanently as required by law.

After 6 months, your personal data (excluding invoice and payment records) will be securely deleted from our systems.
