At UDELIVER, we believe logistics can do more than move parcels, it can move people, uplift communities, and help shape a greener future.
Our Story
UDELIVER was founded in 2024 by Isaac Ketan, alongside co-founder Tola Adeola and alongside Stephen Holgate of Worzkyy. From the beginning, we made the decision not to contribute to more emissions. We committed to keeping the business lean, green, and as sustainable as possible at every stage. What started as an idea to build a sustainable logistics business quickly became something more, a way to help others grow while creating real opportunities through local delivery.

We saw a gap in the industry. A chance to build something that empowered drivers, supported communities, and stayed lean and purposeful from day one. From day one, we prioritised practical tech, community involvement, and real-world results over hype or hierarchy.
Social Mission
We’re committed to empowering people who need it most. Whether someone is looking to gain independence, start fresh, or grow into leadership, we give them a platform to do it.

We welcome people from all walks of life who want to drive and earn.

We use local suppliers to print UDELIVER uniforms, and we buy cages, delivery bags, and gear from within the community to reinvest in the areas we serve.

We offer training, self-employment support, and pathways for people to become their own bosses under UDELIVER guidance.
Green Commitment
Sustainability isn’t an afterthought. It’s built into our model from the start.

We only purchase second-hand and refurbished devices, and encourage drivers to use their own smartphones to reduce e-waste.

All our internal operations are 100% work-from-home, with no offices and zero paper use, thanks to our fully app-based systems.

UDELIVER owned vehicles are either hybrid or electric, with our first van being fully electric!
Our Values

Make It Make Sense
If it doesn’t serve drivers, customers, or the communities we work in, we don’t waste time on it. We avoid confusion, talk straight, and build systems that actually make sense.
Own It
If something’s yours, take care of it. From parcels to people, we don’t pass the buck. We back our people, but we expect them to show up and handle what’s theirs. Accountability goes both ways.
