Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 26th March 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of UDELIVER LTD’s delivery services. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1
Bookings and Service
We provide same-day collection and delivery nationwide, with collections currently limited to Kent and London. Same-day delivery is prioritised on all bookings, but may be completed the next day where necessary. We deliver documents securely with proof of delivery. Deliveries are across England and completed by 10:30PM. Collection is usually within a few hours depending on availability.
2
Pricing and Service Options
We offer delivery options including By 5PM, Anytime Today and Flexible. Pricing is based on distance, parcel size and urgency. Additional charges may apply for late bookings, incorrect parcel sizes, delays at collection or delivery, waiting time, failed delivery, re-delivery, or other circumstances caused by inaccurate or incomplete booking information. We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and BNPL options where available.
3
Delivery Process and Handling
Drivers wait up to 10 minutes at collection and delivery before marking the job as failed. Drivers do not assist with heavy loading or unloading that would require lifting equipment. Deliveries are kerbside only and A to B only. Drivers may enter communal areas such as receptions or lobbies where appropriate. Items must be manageable by one driver unless support with loading or unloading is provided by you. Drivers may contact the sender or recipient if needed. All deliveries are completed by a single driver.
4
Changes, Cancellations and Failed Deliveries
Changes to delivery details may be possible before collection but are not guaranteed. Cancellations before collection are refunded in full. Cancellations after dispatch are non-refundable. If nobody is available at delivery, the driver will attempt contact and the delivery may be marked as failed. Re-delivery is charged at 50% of the original booking price. If re-delivery is not paid for, the item may be returned to the sender.
5
Insurance and Responsibilities
All deliveries include cover up to £100. Additional cover may be introduced in future. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays outside our control, or damage caused by poor or unsuitable packaging. You must provide accurate booking details, ensure items are ready, ensure safe and reasonable access, and ensure that someone is available where required. Incorrect information may result in delays, additional charges, cancellation, or refusal of service.
6
Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal items, drugs or controlled substances, weapons, cash or financial instruments, hazardous materials, unpackaged fragile items, live animals, or items requiring specialist handling.
7
Right to Refuse or Cancel Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, delay or stop a booking where it cannot be completed safely, lawfully, reasonably, or in line with these terms.
8
Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the lower of £100 or the amount paid for that booking, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
9
Delays Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, vehicle issues, access restrictions, or other unexpected operational issues.
10
Delivery Completion and Risk
Responsibility for the item passes to the recipient upon delivery, including where a delivery is made to a reception, lobby, concierge, mailroom, or other reasonable delivery point connected with the address provided.
11
Uncollected or Unresolved Items
If an item cannot be delivered, returned, re-delivered, or otherwise resolved within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to store, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the item as reasonably necessary. Reasonable storage or handling charges may apply.
12
Payments and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to recover any unpaid amounts, chargebacks, reversal fees, or other losses arising from failed or disputed payments connected with your booking.
