Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect hoodie, you must:

1. Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.

3. Await our assessment—if approved, we will offer a replacement (no refunds).
