How to
Collect
Parcels can be collected from any UK courier - either with your Collection Pass, or with a one-off collection pass.
Add your Collection Pass code to the shop's address when making an order online or sending a parcel. Passes look like "xx4&5Dx1£xx".
You'll get an email that your parcel is ready to collect at the shop once it's been delivered. Shops hold parcels for up to 36 hours for free!
